Its elasticity is much higher than that of dirt road or other runways. It can cushion the impact of the ground on the body and reduce the injury of feet and knee joints. Therefore, the normal running shoes can satisfy the requirement of plastic runway running.

The soil road is moderately soft and hard, and will not cause impact on the body. It is a good natural runway, but the ground is bumpy. Just like the plastic track, the normal choice of running shoes can meet the requirement. But the running shoes easily get dirty on the soil road, it’s better to choose a darker color of running shoes.

Asphalt road and cement road are believed to be the two kinds of ground that most runners often choose. Both of them belong to the hard ground. Too long distance running on these two kinds of surfaces are easy to accumulate pressure and cause injury. Therefore, the requirements for choosing running shoes should be higher.

Different from underpronation, overpronation will put pressure on the big toe and the second toe, which may lead to pain symptoms in tibia, ankle, arch, toe and sole. This situation is more likely to appear in people with flat feet. It’s better to choose the running shoes with better stability.
